Happy Sunday everyone! Today, I made a very delicious and super quick tuna mix and I thought I would share it with you!  

Ingredients: 

One Apple

Three Green Onions 

One can of tuna in sunflower oil 

four table spoons of low fat mayo (if you like the taste of tuna as it is and want to lose weight skip the mayo or just put one spoon)

sprinkle of black pepper, ginger, salt & coriander 

Mix it all and it's ready in five minutes tops. 

Put the spread into toast, bread, bagels or croissants like I did. For a gluten free option you can do lettuce wrap or GF bread
